When Don Solomon was young, he was a victim to sexual assault from his drunken and abusive father. Solomon invites the reader into his life by opening himself up with amazing honesty, including his own errors in life. He openly talks about his temper and anger and how they alter his life. Solomon takes you through his road of strategies leading to a clear mind and a happy life.

Don believes his new direction in life is due to his new relationship with God. This opens his heart making him realize how he can live a happier life that is worth living. His life does a complete turn around and all credit is due to God who has blessed him with an opportunity of a new life.

I wish I could give this book 5/5 but I feel it should be rated 4.5/5 because of the amount of errors in the book. Spelling and Grammar issues are very distracting to the reader, with a good editor this book will be a 5/5.
