Crypto Punk by George Traikovich {Review}

Figuring out what age group this book belonged in, was a bit tricky. Since the main setting is an Elementary school, you would assume it is targeted towards a younger audience. By the end of the book, I still think its meant for a pre-teen reader. I found it entertaining none the less.

We are first introduced to the characters at a go-kart race, at the school which was formerly an asylum. Things start to pick up in pace when the new vice president is introduced, and things start looking a little suspicious and hairy. The way the author writes, makes you feel like you know the characters from your own past. I was anxiously reading through the book to solve the mystery, and get to know more about each of the unique characters.

There's a small sense of witty humor and the book has a lot of heart and emotion invoked into it. I had a lot of fun reading this book and would even probably read it again. I would rate this book a great 5/5.
