Break Free by Robert Lewis {Book Review}

To Reboot With Confidence, Playfulness and Adaptability

This book isn't quite a self help book, but could easily be categorized as one.

People today, are influenced by the media and by what's considered popular at the time. They fall into what's the newest thing and everyone becomes alike. We have lost our sense of individuality and uniqueness and have become just another face in a sea of people. There is no way to distinguish from one another if we all fall into the same fads and cliche's.

Robert Lewis goes in depth on why this is happening, and what we can do to overcome this. This is an eye opening book that will change the way you view society as it has become today. I give this book 5/5.

    I think about this problem a lot, especially now that my kid is approaching her teens and desperately trying to fit in, with the right clothes, by watching the right shows and just about everything else. this loss of individuality is making me sad.
